As a Broker who has now been operating for close to 2 and a half years, I can confidently say that a large portion of my success has been thanks to the support of certain lender BDM’s who take the time out of their day to genuinely help. There’s a reason that I’ve written a large portion of my loans with MyState Bank and the main reason for this is due to the ongoing exceedingly high level of support from Zach Johnston.
Zach has been extraordinary to work with, no problem is left unsolved and any issues that have arisen have promptly been taken care of. His awesome communication skills have meant that questions are answered quickly and making for a much smoother and efficient application process and experience for the client.
We have close to 30 lenders on our panel and Paul is by far the most responsive BDM with which we deal. He returns phone calls and emails within the hour (sometimes less) which helps our business to move deals forward in a timely manner. Workshopping deals with Paul is never an issue and we never feel like we are inconveniencing him.
